Shepherd-Glenmore is a proposed eight-story, 60% supportive housing project codeveloped by HousingPlus and Spatial Equity Co. The development consists of 120 studios & one-bedrooms, sustainable building infrastructure, extensive support service spaces and residential amenities, and a 4,000 S.F. light manufacturing/commercial space planned to preserve local manufacturing jobs and small businesses. The supportive housing units (72 units) are targeted towards serving formerly homeless populations with severe mental illnesses, substance use disorders, or re-entry after incarceration. The remaining 48 units are reserved for low-income seniors and individuals, and prioritize deep affordability to meet city, state and community goals.
